It took 62 years and so many tastings to find the honey I really liked. A friend gave me a jar of this honey a couple months ago, and I just purchased another 3 lb jar of it so I wouldn’t run out so fast. It is sublime in my morning coffee, and if I were a baker I’m positive it would be terrific. The flavor is perfection.
